Camp is 5 days and 4 nights. It’s an unforgettable experience for students. It’s an opportunity to unplug, create lasting connections with friends and deepend their relationship with with Jesus through sessions, lifegroups, fun, competitions, and more!
Camp is for 6th-12th grade students. That is 6th grade students that will have just completed 6th grade in the May of 2026, not 5th grade students who are starting 6th grade in the fall of 2026.
This year we will be going to Epworth Forest Conference Center in North Webster, Indiana. We rent out the entire facility to put on our own camp there, EFCC doesn’t put on camp for us, they just host us.
Students and Leaders will stay on site in the dorm-style cabins. Students will room with their small group and leaders. There could be anywhere from 8-15 people in the room.
We will send out a complete packing list leading up to camp, but in general students will need to pack all the basics like: Bedding (Twin XL), Activity Clothes, Toiletries, Towels (one for shower, one for swimming), a Bible/Notebook/Pen, Bathing Suits, Sunscreen, and Medication.
We do not want finances to be a barrier for your student to attend camp. A limited amount of funds is available for financial assistance. If you are in need of financial aid, you should reach out to your campus’s Student Ministry staff directly.
Every adult serving with our students is required to complete a background check and a leader safety training. We will also have an additional team of people dedicated to keeping your student safe during different parts of the camp, including highly trained staff, first aid, and Lifeguards.
To ensure that students are fully present and able to connect with others and with God, cell phones are not permitted at Student Camp. To ensure keep parents/guardians informed, we will make Lifegroup leader contact information available, and give students access to those leaders phones as well so they can call home as needed. Every year before camp, we get some push-back from students on this, and then after camp the overwhelming majority say that it made the experience better not to have their phones, and they would like to keep it that way at future camps.
