Shane Tucker

Shane and his wife, Ellen, were a part of the original team that planted Lifepoint Church in the Spring of 2004. Growing up in Oklahoma, Shane attended Oklahoma Baptist University and graduated with a degree in Family and Marriage Therapy in 1999. After graduation, Shane worked for the North American Mission Board as a Semester Missionary on the Campus of Ohio State University, where he first met Dean, the Lead Pastor of Lifepoint. After serving two terms with the Mission Board, Shane began serving bi-vocationally as a worship pastor and marriage counselor in Dallas, TX. where his wife, Ellen, was finishing her degree. Ellen is the worlds best stay at home mom and homeschool teacher to their children Lincoln, Liv & Lane.

In his free time, Shane loves photography, art, four wheeling, finding new music, and hanging out with his family.

Shane’s ministry responsibilities have never stopped evolving. From the early days of managing the churches finances, leading worship, family and marriage counseling, to more recent days of graphic design, web design, and videography… After years of juggling responsibilities, Shane feels called to connect people to Jesus through whatever medium is available, but this most often happens by using cameras and computers to make art.
