Meet Denise Steele

Grade School Director (Lifepoint Kids)

Denise was raised in Northeastern Ohio and dedicated her life to Christ’s Lordship before heading to Purdue University at the age of 18. She met her husband, Bob, while they were both involved in Campus Crusade for Christ. Professionally, Denise achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and managed a portfolio of growth stocks for an investment advisor in Wilmington, Delaware for twelve years. Bob and Denise moved to Columbus in 2005 with their two girls, Josie and Meghan, in order to be closer to extended family. They began attending Lifepoint shortly after they moved, following a postcard from the “start-up” church in their mailbox. A third child, Jonathan, was added to the mix in 2006. By starting to serve in Children’s Ministry in 2008, she helped the growing program get up and running. Denise is pleased to be the Grade School Director at Lifepoint and believes God is giving her His greatest investment opportunity yet.
